Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The room was nice and roomy, clean, nicely decorated, had a comfortable bed, large shower, and plenty of space for our belongings, making it a comfortable stay for the two of us. However, I had a slight issue when canceling a room which was a bit inconvenient. The service was very flexible and accommodating, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, especially if attending an event at the Staples Center, though noise from neighbors could be a factor. The dining experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with unexpected surprises in both food quality and noise disturbances. The facilities were adequate, meeting basic needs, but perhaps lacking in some aspects.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with updated bathrooms and a well-stocked minibar, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. The location was excellent, right in the center of Los Angeles downtown, with easy access to attractions like the Staples Center, Grammy museum, fine dining options, and shopping. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for pet owners, but can be noisy until midnight due to its proximity to the lounge. The service was a mix of very nice staff and some rude encounters. The location is superb for access to the Staples Center and nearby attractions but can be closed until late afternoon. Dining options vary from excellent to cold dishes, some being a bit pricey. Overall, a hotel with ups and downs but worth it for the convenient location and comfortable rooms.
The hotel was HUGE with quite spacious and clean rooms, perfect walking distance to the heart of the city, the train to Santa Monica, and Target down the street. The staff were very kind and helpful, quickly solving any issues. The location was ideal, just steps away from Staples Center, and the view was killer. The dining experience, although sublime on the outdoor patio, had a minor issue with vouchers. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, although it was a bit disappointing that there wasn't a fridge for personal use. The service provided was excellent with staff always happy, helpful, and accommodating. The location was perfect for exploring the city, within walking distance of many attractions. The dining options were good, with delicious meals available at affordable prices. However, the facilities could use some improvement in certain areas.
The hotel had big, clean, and very comfortable rooms but was really loud, so if you don't like sleeping with ambient noise, it may not be the best choice. The service was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, always asking if we needed anything. The location was great with a lovely view, close to downtown LA. The dining experience was sublime on the outdoor patio of the second floor, but the little vouchers for breakfast were a hassle. Facilities were good overall.
The hotel had spacious and nicely decorated rooms, although there was a water pipe leaking near the bathroom. The service was outstanding, especially considering the more reasonable parking prices offered. The location was central, ideal for attending events like concerts but had some issues with iPhone connectivity. The dining experience was subpar, with cold, unappetizing food, but the staff tried to rectify it with a food credit. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
